    I am a fitness trainer with approximately 7 years of personal training experience and over 17 years in sports, exercise and fitness related activities. I am capable of working with beginners, intermediates, as well as well versed fitness enthusiast. My client list has included people from all walks of life such as celebrities, investment bankers, small and large business owners, CEOs and athletes (young and old).

    Using a combination of high intensity training or HIT, muscle building, fat loss, sport specific and even cross-fit style training regimens, you’ll definitely find yourself mixing things up regularly when we train together.
